SHIPPING
All orders are processed and dispatched from Vancouver, BC in Canada within 2-3 days once payment has been received. Please keep in mind that special events, holidays, and sale promotions may result in longer processing times. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as your package is on the way. Free shipping is available on orders over $125 CAD. No code required.

Domestic Shipping
We use Canada Post for orders shipped within Canada.

US Shipping
All orders to the US are shipped by USPS with delivery in 5 to 7 days.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped by Canada Post with delivery in 7 to 14 days.

*London Fields Shoppe is not responsible for any duties, taxes and / or brokerage fees incurred during shipment that may be required to release the package. Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized packages depending on size, weight, and quantity. Due to the weight or size of some items, we may change the shipping carrier in order to avoid any additional shipping charges on your order. We will notify you via email if there are any changes to your order. London Fields Shoppe is not responsible for postal service errors, damaged, misplaced or stolen parcels or shipment errors due to inaccurate address information provided during checkout. Packages may not be rerouted to a new address once items have shipped.

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! All orders placed online are available for free pick up at any of our upcoming events and from our studio in South Granville in Vancouver. Please bring a copy of your receipt.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Please email us with the order number and the reason for return within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in the same condition as it was purchased with no visible signs of wear and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email to let you know the status of your order. Returned packages without approval will not be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Items with a gift receipt will receive a credit for the value of your return once the item has been received.

All sale, vintage, apothecary, gift cards, and custom orders are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Vintage items are sold as found.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and all shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. London Fields Shoppe is not responsible for lost, stolen, and damaged packages and we are unable to process returns on missing items.

Local Return
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the address of our studio in South Granville to return or exchange your item.

It has been over 5 days. May I return my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges beyond the 5 day deadline.

May I add an item, change or cancel my online order once it has been placed?
If you wish to make any changes or to cancel your online order, please contact us immediately via email. If the notice is received after the item has been shipped, it will not be possible to make changes or to cancel the order. It would then be easiest for you to place a new order and return the item. See returns above.

My item arrived damaged or defective.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately via email. Please include photographs of the damaged item and the original box it was shipped in. If the damage is caused due to shipping, please be aware that our shipping agent may contact you directly to confirm damages. Please ensure you keep all original shipping boxes, packaging materials, and damaged item(s) while the issue is being addressed.

This excludes variations due to the handmade process. Vintage items are sold as found. Please make sure to open your package with care as London Fields Shoppe is not liable for items damaged during the opening of your parcels. Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
